Policies

CAR RENTAL POLICY
DRIVERS
  • Must be atleast 25 years of age
  • Must have a clean driving and criminal record
  • One additional driver permitted at no cost
DEPOSIT
A refundable deposit will be taken at the time of pickup. All deposits are released 3 business days after rental drop-off subtracting any fees incurred during the rental.
PROHIBITED USE
Vehicle may not be (1) driven by anyone not on the rental agreement, (2) used for racing or any competitive event, (3) Outside the DFW area, (4) driven while under the influence of drugs or alcohol, (5) used to push or tow, (6) to carry hazardous substances, (7) driven in inclement weather including but not limited to rain, snow, and hail.
INSURANCE
Rented must carry their own liability and collision coverage of at least $300,000. Rentee is liable for any damage caused to the rentee, passengers in the vehicle, and other persons or property.
GAS
All cars must be returned with a full tank of premium 93 grade fuel. Any lower grade used will result in a fine of atleast $250. During the reservation process, we offer for the rentee to return the car without a full tank of gas for a minimal cost.
TOLLS
Rentee will be billed for all toll charges incurred during the rental period.
CANCELLATIONS
All cancellations will receive a maximum refund of 50% refund. We strictly adhere to this policy.
CHAUFFEUR SERVICE POLICY
TOLLS AND PARKING
Tolls charges are included in the cost of the service. Parking expenses shall be paid at the expense of the customer.
PROHIBITED USE
The following are restricted: (1) smoking, (2) consumption of alcohol or illegal drugs, (3) carrying a firearm, (4) violent behavior, (5) having intimate relations, (6) eating or drinking in the vehicle, (7) standing up or out of the sunroof or windows, (8) sitting on standing on top of the vehicle, (9) conduct causing damage to the vehicle or chauffeur.
ADDITIONAL
  • $100 non-refundable deposit required at the time of reservation. Remaining balance due 72 hours prior to service start time.
  • All passengers must be seats with their seatbelt while the vehicle is in motion.
  • No more than 3-4 guests may be seated in the vehicle depending on chosen vehicle model.
  • Chauffeur will follow all posted speed limits.
  • $500 clean up fee will be charged for vomit in any vehicle.
  • $250 additional fee for any services ending at or after 12:00AM CST.
  • Wheelchair accessible vehicles are available upon request.
CANCELLATIONS
Any cancellation within 72 hours of service start time will NOT be refunded. Cancellations before 72 hours will be refunded in full minus the $100 deposit.
Based on our discretion, we may cancel and provide a full refund based on weather conditions including but not limited to excessive rain, snow, or sleet.
