Exotic Auto Collection does not tolerate the use of alcohol, drugs or any other intoxicating substances by our chauffeurs. If a rider believes the chauffeur may be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, the rider can have the driver END THE TRIP IMMEDIATELY.
After the driver has ended the ride, riders are requested to report their feedback to us via email (contact@exoticautocollection) or via phone (972-445-7358).
Promptly after a zero-tolerance complaint is filed, Exotic Auto Collection shall suspend the chauffeur until further investigation.
